Quality construction with a “Mad Men” aesthetic. The lobby is attractive, and the terrazzo floors are impeccable. When you enter, you may think you are in an office complex — BB&T Bank is leasing the ground floor frontage, and there is a large space to be built out as a restaurant.
As for the units, the developer invested a boatload in custom cabinetry. And there are dozens of floorplans. Materials are first rate. But you may not love the views out your floor-to-ceiling windows, because you’re looking into the Icon (next door) or onto Interstate-40.
In my opinion, the Terrazzo is second to the Adelicia. The quality finishes really stand out. On the other hand, the pool is a 30′ stainless steel tub and the gym has only 4 machines, and you will have to grow used to that little “hum” from the Interstate. To sum it up, it’s a beautiful interior with scant amenities and an Interstate location.
